Stingley said his son didn't deserve to die for stealing alcohol. He's
largely kept silent in the 13 months since his son died, awaiting a
decision from the district attorney on whether to issue charges.
The
district attorney told WISN 12 News Tuesday there simply wasn't any way
to prove the men knew their actions were killing Corey Stingley.
