Outrage over D.A.'s decision not to file charges in the brutal death of Corey Stingley.

  • Corey Stingley a 16 year old boy was killed when 3 men violently subdued him after Corey got caught stealing beer at a convenience store in West Allis. The D.A.John Chisholm refused to press charges against the men, saying they couldn't prove that the men knew their actions could result in injury or death.

"Surveillance video shows three men, one of whom the district attorney said was punched by Stingley, trying to keep the teen from leaving the store. All four ended up on the floor and one put Stingley in a headlock. Stingley died in the incident."
