72 yr. old man charged with felony for bringing a gun into Riverside HS

72-year-old David Wilson of Milwaukee has been charged with one count of possession of a firearm on the grounds of a school — a felony.

Wilson is the owner of the Washing Well Laundromat, located in the 1700 block of East Locust Street, where some Riverside HS students allegedly threatened him.

Wilson walked into Riverside on Feb. 3rd and, while talking with the school's assistant principle and a public safety officer, drew a gun, pointed at the Assistant principles face saying he had a license to carry and he wasn't afraid to use it.

"Officers spoke with the assistant principal, who told them that while Wilson had the weapon pointed at her face, he said: “I’m letting you know, if they keep coming into the laundromat, there will be an incident on the news.” This, according to the criminal complaint."
