Update: Police Identify the woman who was shot and killed on 24th and Center.

Update: Police say they have identified the woman who was shot and killed, near 24th and Center, as 29-year-old Fredricka Hodges.

Fredricka Hodges was shot and killed, while sitting in her car at an intersection. A 18 year old was also shot and sustained non-life threatening injuries.

No suspects are in custody at this time.

Just before 5:00 P.M. a man shot towards a group of people standing on the street corner. A 29 year old woman stopped at the intersection and was shot and died at the scene.

An 18 year old man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries from a gunshot wound.

No suspects are in custody.
