A 23 year old victim who was found dead with a gunshot wound to his head has been ID'd.

Update: The 23 year old victim was identified as Mario Towns. Mario was found lying in the snow with a fatal gunshot wound to the head.



A 23 year old man was found lying dead in the snow near 3rd and Lapham, with a gunshot wound to his head. The victim of an apparent robbery.
