2 people shot, one killed on 16th and North Ave.

A 21 year old man known as "Lil Ray" and father of two was killed in an apparent drive-by.

Witnesses report seeing 2 vehicles, one was a truck on rims with a "bunch" of guys in it.  Another victim is in the hospital and expected to recover.

No suspects are in custody.
