                                                               Rodney Llyod

The crime allegedly happened June 16th at the District 2 headquarters. According to the criminal complaint, Lloyd was booking a man who was in custody following a domestic incident. The complaint states Lloyd was escorting the man into the booking room when surveillance video showed Lloyd “forcibly drive” the man’s head “into the concrete block wall.”

When the man who was being booked asked why he did that, the officer told him it was because of a threat the man had made earlier.

If convicted, Lloyd could face up to $10,000 in fines and three-and-a-half years in prison. His next court date is November 12th.
