Darrell Rogers is charged in the death of a 5 year old Milwaukee boy.

 "According to a criminal complaint, Damien's mother went to work, and her boyfriend, Darrell Rogers watched him.  He told police Damien slipped and fell in the shower and hit his head.  The medical examiner found several bruises and severe head and abdominal injuries."
