Missing girl Alexis Patterson's father charged with severely beating an 8 1/2 month old child.

 "Kenya Campbell is the biological father of Alexis Patterson, who disappeared in 2002. He was never ruled a suspect in the girl's disappearance. Now, he’s the prime suspect of a brutal assault, which took place in late November."
