"According to a criminal complaint, Lamar Cone and his girlfriend
approached the girl on her way to the library just before Thanksgiving,
offering her a ride."
"The girl told police she was pressured to "work the streets" and that Cone sexually assaulted her, according to the complaint."
"There was a public effort to find the girl. WISN 12 News is not naming her now because of the nature of the abuse charges."
