"Police said the girl was stashed in an upstairs apartment on busy
Water Street for a week, pressured to "work the streets," forced into
sex by the suspect."
"The suspect was arrested when the girl escaped and led police back to the apartment.
Lamar Cone, 30, is charged with, sexual assault of a child and physical abuse of a child.
Cone is expected to appear in court as soon as Wednesday."
