West Allis police chief Charles Padgett stood by the D.A.'s decision not to charge three men who violently restarined 16 year old Corey Stingley, ultimately killing the child.
"We don't second-guess any decisions made by experts from our district
attorney's office. We have great respect for everyone who works in the
DA's office," Padgett said.
